SHIPPING
We will ship all Products purchased through the Site to the address specified in the shipping address section of the order form. Shipments will be made via standard ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Orders are typically delivered within 3-8 business days. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays. Please be assured that our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 days of the original shipping date, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us and our customer service team will help you ASAP.
RETURNS & 30-DAY MONEY-BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We’re proud to offer you a 30-day (from date of delivery) money-back satisfaction guarantee on all products sold through TransformationGreens.com.*
If you’re trying one bag/bottle of one product for the first time and are not satisfied, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don't have to return the product to us.
PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases, of a specific product, and is limited to 1 of each item.
Refunds on orders of multiple bags/bottles of a nutritional product, apparel purchases, or other non-nutritional items (shaker bottles as example) require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received your return, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. To initiate this process, please email us at support@transformationgreens.com or contact us by phone at (800) 916-4237. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).
Other Considerations:
Transformation is not responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Transformation will manage refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Returns outside of our 30-day guarantee will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that Transformation reserves the right to deny processing of refunds or returns for orders older than 30 days (from original delivery date.)
